Terms and Conditions for the Natai Diary
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Natai Diary, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Natai Diary website nor the Android application.
2. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms on the Natai Diary website. By continuing to use the Natai Diary after the revised Terms have been posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
3. Use of the Natai Diary
The Natai Diary is intended for personal use only. You may not use the Natai Diary for any commercial or illegal purposes.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Natai Diary or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Natai Diary. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Natai Diary, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Ukraine, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Natai Diary shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in Lviv. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on the parties. The parties shall bear their own costs and expenses of the arbitration.
